Fredrik is an expert in Financial Crime Prevention with experiences from Financial Institutions in Nordics as well as globally.
Katarina is an experienced leader, business developer and change manager with more than 30 years of experience from the banking and finance industry. Katarina is appreciated for her engagement and communicative skills, her ability to understand how overall strategies or regulations impact practical details in daily work as well as the ability to create structure in the change process.
Jan is a project manager, change manager and experienced in organisational change. He has more than 15 years’ experience within the banking and finance industry, capital market and foreign exchange. Jan has a solid experience from complex project and has worked successfully with transformation from gateway-managed projects to working processes focused on agile and continuously learning in projects and organisations.
Annika has extensive experience from projects / process management and implementations in IT, communication and product development from card and payment solutions in banking and retail. Annika has a good analytical ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions and enjoys working in change and as the spider in the web. As a person, Annika is usually described as committed, structured and results-oriented.
Mikael is a senior advisor and management consultant focussing on business development, management and strategy. With more than 20 years’ experience of clients in the banking and finance industry, Mikael is appreciated for his ability to quickly understand challenges, create structure in decision-making and his commitment in change management.
Claes is an experienced entrepreneur and project manager with an industry background in IT, telecom and the financial sector. More than 20 years of experience in developing business and operations in IT, Banking and Finance. Co-founder of Canvisa Consulting, worked at Ericsson Radio, Tieto and Parallel Systems.
